Neon colours are the sort of thing that I don’t tend to wear very often, but I think they can be really cute. They can also be a bit overwhelming. Not that there’s anything wrong with going head-to-toe neon, if that’s your thing, but if, like me, you can be a bit intimidated by it, here are a few ways to wear it with varying degrees of intensity. I will admit, I do not paint my nails very often, and when I do I usually just go for two coats of a single colour and leave it at that. (Plus top coat, of course.) Don’t get me wrong, I love the look of of more detailed, intricate, and interesting designs, I just can’t do them myself. Recently my friend did a floral design on my nails that was awesome, though. I, however, am not that talented, but some days I want something a little *different* from a solid colour. So what do I do? Colour blocking. It is quick and relatively easy.
